Ed is the author of two books ‘Two Hours‘ and ‘The Moth and The Mountain.’ In this episode he discusses his writing, training with Eliud Kipchoge and the other athletes and coaches on the Breaking2 project, as well as the life story of forgotten War hero and explorer Maurice Wilson.
